the hotel provided a very simple check-in process. the room included all required facilities, such as a functional tv and a mini fridge. there was a sainsbury's store located nearby, so getting any essentials was easy. the staff seemed friendly and helpful upon arrival.
the carpet showed some heavy staining.

The location was amazing for getting around. it was easy to catch buses and tubes. the room had a fan which was super helpful. the bathroom was clean and updated. I really loved that.

The room I received wasn't quite what I expected. It was located in what they call their 'sister hotel' down the street, something I wasn't informed about until very late (i hate surprises). The room felt quite small, especially the bathroom. a proper working radiator would have been nice.
